Privacy Policy

Operatora is an AI sales and CRM platform for businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how Google Sign-In and Google Sheets data are used.

Google data purpose: Operatora uses Google Sign-In only to connect the Google Sheet selected by the user, import spreadsheet rows as leads, and keep those leads synchronized with the Operatora board.

1. Who we are and what Operatora does

Operatora is a sales automation and CRM platform that helps businesses collect customer inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, phone calls, and Google Sheets into one board. Sales teams use Operatora to track leads, manage follow-ups, keep customer history, and analyze sales activity.

This website and policy are publicly visible without requiring users to log in.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use Operatora, we may process the following categories of data:

  • Account and contact data: name, business name, phone number, email address, role, language preference, and support requests.
  • CRM and sales data: lead cards, customer names, notes, tasks, pipeline stages, call and message history, and sales analytics.
  • Communication channel data: messages or metadata from connected channels such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS providers, or call center tools when you choose to connect them.
  • Google user data: basic Google account information and Google Sheets data needed for the integration described below.
  • Technical data: device, browser, IP address, logs, cookies, and usage events used for security, reliability, and product improvement.

3. How we use Google user data

When you choose to connect Google Sheets, Operatora may request Google Sign-In and Google Sheets permissions. Operatora uses this access only for the Google Sheet integration you enable.

  • Account identification: we may use your Google email address and basic profile information to show which Google account is connected.
  • Spreadsheet access: we process spreadsheet metadata, rows, columns, and cell values from the Google Sheet you connect in Operatora.
  • Purpose: spreadsheet rows are imported as lead records, synchronized with your Operatora board, and used to keep lead status and history up to date.
  • Tokens: OAuth tokens may be stored securely so the selected integration can continue syncing without requiring a new sign-in every time.

Operatora does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure the service, comply with law, or with your explicit instruction.

Operatora does not use Google data to access unrelated Google files. If Google displays a broad permission description, Operatora still uses the permission only for spreadsheets that you connect and use with Operatora.

4. Data sharing

We may share limited data with infrastructure, hosting, analytics, communications, security, and support providers that help us operate Operatora. These providers are allowed to process data only for service delivery, security, compliance, and support purposes.

We may disclose data if required by law, to protect users and our service, or during a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account, CRM, integration, and log data only as long as needed to provide Operatora, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Retention periods may vary depending on your plan, contract, and connected integrations.

You can request deletion of your account data, CRM data, or Google integration data by contacting us. We will delete or anonymize eligible data unless we must keep it for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data, including access controls, secure transport, limited employee access, monitoring, and secure token handling. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to security issues.

7. Your choices and access control

  • You can disconnect Google Sheets inside Operatora if the integration is no longer needed.
  • You can revoke Operatora's Google access from your Google Account permissions page.
  • You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
  • You can stop using connected channels at any time by removing the integration from Operatora or from the third-party provider.
